Three stars thanks to the pleasant and clean restaurant, the choice of menu and dishes offered of the day is not particularly wide but allows you to choose tasty and interesting dishes. In our case the waitress in the area where we were seated was novice but still friendly. Short waiting times even when the place is almost full confirms a positive picture. The fourth star is confirmed by the manager who noticed a mistake on the total receipt which was more than double, while I asked for explanations and re-did the necessary checks she confirmed to me with the apologies of the restaurant that they had made a mistake. An uncommon gesture that underlines the professionalism of the manager. Abundant portions confirm a positive picture.

Christian est un gars exceptionnel, j'en sais quelque chose c'est un bar que j'ai fréquenté une bonne trentaine d'années.

Had the dish of the day, sirloin of beef, very good, tender and generous.

Pour être honnête, "Le Skipper" ne paye pas de mine: son côté bar, à l'intérieur, ne présumait pas du meilleur côté restauration. Attirés par les prix raisonnables et installés sur la terrasse, nous tentons notre chance, et l'expérience est finalement positive. Les fish & chips est un vrai filet de poisson sous sa panure, et la tartine au chèvre généreuse. Cuisine de brasserie, service dynamique et souriant, très bon rapport qualité-prix: "Le Skipper" assure !
