While in Strasbourg, we had a fantastic evening! The atmosphere was great, and the music was really great. (Soirée la folie douce)

A huge thank you to Aurélien for his professionalism and energy! Both bartender and cashier, he manages everything single-handedly with a smile and impressive efficiency. Even on a Wednesday night, the atmosphere was fantastic thanks to him. Welcoming, quick, and always pleasant, he truly delivers from start to finish. A real asset to the establishment. Back at Les Aviateurs tonight, and a pleasant surprise right from the start with two new servers, Clément and Guylian. A warm welcome as soon as we arrived, smiles all around, a genuine ability to listen, and attentive service that immediately puts you at ease. Professional from beginning to end, present without being intrusive, efficient, and pleasant. Honestly, I recommend them without hesitation! Despite the low turnout tonight, there was still a great, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere, just the way we like it. Well done to them! Even though I arrived early, I already think they're top-notch.
