Superb address in Pontoise, the owner is fantastic in the dining room, but above all, the cuisine of the chef and his assistant is delicious, simple and effective.

The blanquette: incredibly tender meat and a delicious dish. Try it and you'll be hooked. Be warned, though, book in advance as it fills up very quickly.
