Hotel very close to the sea and the Casino parking lot. The room is comfortable and the breakfast does not lack choice. The team is welcoming.

Expérience incroyable à l’Hôtel du Palais : L’accueil était impeccable et nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Adrien pour son service exceptionnel et ses cocktails qui étaient un pur délice C’était un moment superbe que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier.

Small hotel well located, parking nearby, good welcome, spacious rooms of impeccable cleanliness. I loved the well-maintained parquet flooring and the very comfortable bedding. We would have appreciated the view of the ocean but the family room overlooked the street, too bad. And the really good breakfast with a special mention for the homemade salted butter caramel👌a little music is missing so as not to hear the neighbors' conversations.

For the room, good bedding, on the other hand, we were 2 adults and there was a coffee machine with only one coffee capsule and one decaf. No teapot, too bad. On the other hand, very generous breakfast, varied and very good, both savory and sweet. Loved the homemade caramel. A top location right next to the beach and the city center. A very warm welcome as well. The only thing missing is parking spaces. :-)

We were very satisfied with our stay. Perfect welcome, very good breakfast, upgrade... magnificent view on the 7th floor. The 5th star didn't go far. Elevator broken in the morning. So the 7 floors on foot... no sign to indicate the breakdown on the elevator doors at 10 a.m. although we had reported it at 8:30 a.m. Response from reception: we know...with a feeling of disturbing. Too bad it was almost perfect.

We had the best night in this place and we are all so glad we found it - pure magic ✨ From the amazing staff, delicious food - steak was so delicious and so was the black pudding 🤤, the incredible atmosphere, putting on whatever music we wanted and willing to go above and beyond for 20 Irish women - it was simply a stunning night! Thank you both so much for your amazing hospitality and taking us in! It was the cherry on top of our trip to Biarritz ❤️
02/08/2024: Top service, very friendly, fast and smiling. And the kitchen too. Homemade mayonnaise, well-cooked fries, runny omelette and very tasty pureed sausage. It's well served! In short, we loved it. We ended up here because the local restaurants were no longer serving, and it was a very pleasant surprise. We will come back 👌

26/08/2024: I’m giving four stars because it’s a very small restaurant. It’s not child-friendly unless you sit on the terrace. Since we arrived at 9 PM, we managed to sit inside, bringing our baby along with the stroller. Overall, the prices are good and the food is tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive to details.
20/08/2024: Super friendly welcome. I found pinsas better than traditional pizzas. The dough was lighter and crispier. I chose a parmigiana and I enjoyed it. If you plan to eat inside, I advise you to make a reservation because the place fills up very quickly.
