Bar Napoléon III - Hôtel Du Palais, France sur Biarritz

13/10/2024: Cuando se le preguntó si el servicio está incluido, el camarero dijo que no, pero se enteró de que por ley el servicio está incluido en todos los restaurantes franceses. Dejamos una propina generosa como lo haríamos en los Estados Unidos, pero ahora estamos muy molestos y no recomiendo este lugar.

24/09/2024: We thought we’d booked a table but realised on arrival that we had just been on the waiting list…(we hadn’t translated the email properly.) We we’re grateful they could fit us in, sitting at the bar- which offered a brilliant view of the kitchen and chefs prepping. We couldn’t order one of the dishes because it was reserved for booked customers. That was the only slight disappointment but we understood the server’s logic. We got chatting to the owner who was working in front of us and he was so friendly and passionate about the ingredients/dishes. The radish dish was out of this world and we loved the green bean dish too. Nice vibe, a bit hipster and happening, nestled in a more residential part of the city. Would recommend to anyone.
