Very good location, wonderful sea view. Good breakfast. The room is clean. No shampoo or conditioner, just generic soap/shower gel/shampoo. This product is not of very good quality, it can be used as soap. There is only one small bottle of water in the room and when cleaning on the following days, water is not added.

Nice welcoming staff, even better breakfast team. Breakfast was good and rich in choice, eggs and bacon could be better. Hotel located directly in front of the public pool at the beach. The team installed a baby crib upon our request in advance. The hotel itself is a bit older with a wooden floor but modernized rooms. Very small elevator, too small for a couple with a stroller at the same time. Our bathroom door was making quite some noise and unfortunately the team couldn't fix this issue during our stay nor offer another room. We had a room with a view on the street and you could hear cars and motorbikes and party people in the streets during the night.

Very pleasant and lives up to its reputation

We are coming back for the 3rd time to the family hotel never disappointed. Dream location on the main beach, close to all shops, Casino parking 3 minutes away. Despite a room facing the street, we had no noise and no noise in the hotel, which is nice for resting in the morning. The room was perfect, excellent breakfast with lots of homemade products, and above all the kindness of the staff throughout the hotel. The hotel restaurant opened recently, I also recommend it with the beautiful view of the ocean. We will come back on our next stay on the Basque coast.

Emplacement exceptionnel au coeur de Biarritz à 2 pas du parking du casino. Accueil de 1 er ordre avec un personnel éminemment professionnel et sympathique avec 1 mention particulière au personnel en charge du petit déjeuner. Chambre vue magnifique sur la grande plage, pas très grande mais bien agencée, propreté impeccable. Salle eau avec large tablette au lavabo très pratique. On aurait aimé 1 douche 1 peu plus grande car le pommeau de douche démesuré n est pas des plus pratiques dans ce type d espace. 1 déception sur les draps de bain certes de bonne dimension mais équivalents par la rugosité à du carton. Mention TB pour le petit déjeuner avec 1 choix salé et sucré de premier ordre. Le WINDSOR : c est 1 grand OUI !!

It's location is great, staffing was friendly, breakfast was good, although guests brought their dogs with them, which for us was a bit odd. As the building is old but renovated, some sacrifices come with it, the rooms are small, so is the elevator. To get to the public car park you neet to walk stairs with your luggage, therefore it is recommended to drop off your luggage in front of the hotel, if it is not blocked by another car.

Jour de Noël. Nous avions réservé. Excellent accueil téléphonique et physique. Une promotion pour la chambre avec vue sur la mer. Chambre ultra confort et très propre, ainsi que la salle de bain. Cafetière avec tasses, petits gâteaux, eau, tv avec notamment toutes les chaînes de canal+, double vitrage et double fenêtre. Room service. Ascenseur. Bref, tour était parfait. J'ai mis 4 étoiles car le matin nous avons été réveillé par le bruit du personnel qui faisait le nettoyage des chambres. Mais à part ça, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
