Super cute and delicious! We walked here and left practically rolling our bikes because the portions were so generous. The service was top-notch, friendly, and fresh. Thank you so much for the experience; we'll definitely be back in Toulouse just for Silex!!

Very nice little restaurant. I recommend it to anyone who's "afraid" of plant-based restaurants. The menu is very varied and serves animal proteins. I was able to try the vegetable tagliatelle, which was fresh and crisp, and an energy boost. To put it simply, a great discovery with helpful and friendly staff. I'll be back! P.S.: A discount is offered to students.

I often order when I want to eat a good, simple, balanced meal and I don't have time to cook. I always order the coconut chicken, I recommend it.

We took my Dad here for his 84th Birthday, meeting up with friends. It was very different for my Dad, but he really enjoyed it. We were made to feel very welcome and were well looked after. My Daughter and her Partner are both vegetarians, and my Daughter is also gluten intolerant. They were well catered for. The food was fresh and prepared when chosen. Would highly recommend.

I tried a very tasty dish: vegetable tagliatelli with beef. There's something for everyone, whether you're vegetarian or not. The most important thing for me is that it's gluten-free and dairy-free. Very relaxed atmosphere in a student neighborhood. Affordable prices, very friendly staff. I recommend it.
