Great gluten-free food in Toulouse. It is a 100% gluten-free and vegan place. They have beer and other gluten-free drinks, as well as homemade desserts. Only reliable place in Toulouse on the issue of cross contamination.

You guys!!! I have no words to describe how good the food is! Very fresh and delicious! We are celiac customers here, with severely reactions to gluten, well this is the only place in Toulouse where we can eat. We never ever had any cross contamination incidents. They take allergies very seriously! The staff is great. The chef is so welcoming, she knows all her customers and what they order. Also great with kids. A gem of the city! Big thank you !

Fresh products. I particularly enjoyed the Lemonade and the smoothie. User-friendly and simple.

I had a great time at Silex & Fourchette. I had a menu with bolognese vegetable tagliatelle as a dish. It was delicious. The dish was very tasty and plentiful. I recommend and I will come back! Thank you 😊

The Fabrique Solidaire C.A. team was able to taste fresh (but hot) dishes of the day, as pretty on the plate as they were delicious for our taste buds...Anne is a chef who masters her welcome, her cooking and her playlist. First time in this restaurant, a great discovery. Healthy dishes that do not weigh on the stomach, all well presented and to be enjoyed in a simple and friendly setting. I will come back to taste the other dishes!

Super bon! J'ai pris un plat full vegan et ma copine du poulet au coco et les deux étaient délicieux. La cuisinière réalise le plat à la minute devant nous. Et le service est très sympa!
