Delicious food, generous portions, and great prices. The staff were very friendly, and although we didn't understand each other perfectly, they did their best to communicate. And all the food was gluten-free—a real treat for someone with celiac disease.

My partner and I were passing through Toulouse and decided to stop at Silex & Fourchette on our way to our holiday destination. What's more, since my partner is gluten intolerant, this restaurant was perfect! Excellent cuisine made with fresh, 100% gluten-free ingredients, and a warm welcome from the staff. A truly great find! I highly recommend it and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again.
