Bar Restaurant Chez Nath sur Bellegarde-Sur-Valserine

Unfortunately, I won't be going back. Even though it's a restaurant/bar with set menus for workers, I found the quality very, very average. I was very disappointed with the quality and cooking of the food. We couldn't even finish our meals. While the service was very good, that's not enough to give it more stars. I enjoy cooking homemade meals, and everyone cooks differently, but there's a difference between cooking and just throwing things together. Honestly, the quality just wasn't there. We left hungry and with a bill that was completely unjustified for what we were served.

Three daily specials (red meat, white meat, fish), all homemade and deliciously prepared by the chef. Generous portions. And don't forget the desserts. Top-notch service. A bistro like they used to make. Perfect for a lunch break on the way to the Alps.
