06/01/2025: During this winter period it would be reassuring if the cutlery was wrapped for extra hygiene. When you cook cous cous, why don't you find semolina among the vegetables? Likewise, the veranda is heated with infrared, so why is the roof always made of canvas and not of hard insulated material? And no insulation at the uprights. In the times we live in, it would make sense to save energy!!!! Likewise, your restaurant is family-friendly and likely to receive children, it lacks a play area without parking them in front of screens.
