To compare with Cyril Lignac's offerings, we went to Barbarac, the institution. Well, it's definitely more like ice cream than true ice cream. It gets runny very quickly. The Tropezienne flavor was very good; you could really taste it, but we were disappointed by the Amarena, which had almost no cherry. Plus, they were much too sweet. We opted for the "Glacé" across the street, which was less sweet, more icy, and held its shape better.

The ice cream is amazing but not cheap! €4.50 for one scoop, €6.50 for two scoops—well, it's St. Tropez... But the service is great and there's a very wide selection of flavors. Thank you, Barbarac, for the warm welcome and your kindness.
