We discovered this ice cream parlor during our vacation and were immediately impressed. The ice cream was truly delicious, creamy, and fresh. There was a good selection of different flavors, and everything tasted very high quality. A fantastic ice cream parlor that you absolutely must try on vacation.

Honestly, Barbarac is the best ice cream parlor, hands down, a place filled with wonderful memories. My first date was in 2011 with Melissa; she was doing her trial day there. Honestly, I thought, why not? At first, everything was fine. She served the customers, then she tasted the flavors, served them again, and then tasted them again. (I don't know if that's the right verb). Anyway, I saw them taste the pistachio, the hazelnut (the best, by the way), and then the pistachio again (because she'd forgotten about it in the meantime). She said, "To be sure, I need to know the flavors I'm selling, right?" I said yeah (personally, I thought it was very professional of her, or maybe I just didn't want to upset her, I don't really remember). The boss also said yeah. But not the same way. He'd walk by. He'd take a breath. He'd leave. I didn't see the problem: if you're selling ice cream, you should at least know what you're talking about. After the fourth tasting, the boss told her to come over and shook her hand. I thought he was congratulating her. Actually, it was to tell her that the trial period was over. Honestly, even today, I still don't understand why he didn't keep her. The customers had their ice cream. Melissa did too. Since then, I've learned that she became a quality control inspector, which isn't surprising in the end.
