03/01/2024: La Crêperie Gourmandise in St-Tropez is an essential address for pancake lovers in a family atmosphere. All the toppings are homemade (chocolate, pistachio cream, chestnut cream, etc. except the nutella, obviously). I opted for the nutella pancake with toasted almonds and frozen nougat, and it was simply divine! Thanks to the whole team. I left with a smile and a satisfied stomach, ready to come back for more homemade delights!

02/04/2024: Once checked the reviews and it seemed that a slight majority was giving negative points, so as a High end chef I know how it is to be judged by all the “know it all” about food gen. So I decided to give it a shot against the odds. I must admit, I’m very picky regarding cooking points, but the fish was perfect, veal was perfect, poulard was perfect. All the compliments to the chef asn FoH team, me and my family are very pleased with the meals. This is exactly what I like to eat. What a delightful lunch.

Almost empty, the hostesses of the lounge let my interlocutor sit on an armchair soaked by the spilled drink of a very "young client" some time before on said armchair. And when the remark about the wet seat was made, I would have thought I was in the 80s during the great era of VRP waves in Novotels...🤦‍♂️🤣 As you must always find the positive side of any experience, even passable..., if you are a management professional and have knowledge of "luxury" services and more... apply to Monsieur COURBIT, you should be accepted without difficulty .... Times are changing....

28/11/2023: Énorme déception lors d’un déjeuner en famille sur le rooftop le vendredi 12 août. La serveuse retire notre parasol au profit d’ un autre client, on se retrouve en plein soleil sous 40 degrés… avec une bouteille de Meursault brûlante.. Aucune communication du staff avant de passer à la caisse, et le manager qui refuse à deux reprises de venir nous parler… 400 euros de note et des frites surgelées. Je déconseille. Heureusement le directeur est finalement venu nous présenter ses excuses à notre départ..
