Well located. spacious room. restaurant on site

Room 140 was very clean, but the bathroom sink was clogged and the TF1, M6 and BFM TV channels were not working. Generally nice people. A little disappointed for the price of the room.

I regularly stay at this hotel for my trips to Clermont. Well renovated rooms. There are no glass bottles for water in the room (going back and forth to the fountains with a glass is not a good plan). Very good restaurant. Mention for Noor, very responsive and very good advice for exploring the maps.

Great facilities, pool, rooms & service. Only lost a star as the restaurant was not great - caesar salad pretty poor really

On a commandé des pizzas en plat et forcacce en entrée c’était vraiment délicieux et assez copieux! Le restaurant est très joli avec une cuisine ouverte. Le personnel était très accueillant et agréable.

Everything went well. Friendly staff, decent rooms and outdoor swimming pool for children. Like most Novotels: you must have a car to get there.

The room is clean and very well soundproofed, obviously recently renovated. Spacious hall, pleasant staff in the morning and evening. Catering: quality products with mention for breakfast: fresh orange juice, really good pastries, coffee also very good. Nothing to say, interesting value for money with the Tesla supercharger as a bonus.
