Room 140 was very clean, but the bathroom sink was clogged and the TF1, M6 and BFM TV channels were not working. Generally nice people. A little disappointed for the price of the room.

réservé à la dernière minute par the Fork très bien reçu pizzas excellentes desserts maison succulents tarifs très corrects et cerise sur le gâteau très bonne musique très bonne adresse sur Clermont Ferrand

I regularly stay at this hotel for my trips to Clermont. Well renovated rooms. There are no glass bottles for water in the room (going back and forth to the fountains with a glass is not a good plan). Very good restaurant. Mention for Noor, very responsive and very good advice for exploring the maps.

On a commandé des pizzas en plat et forcacce en entrée c’était vraiment délicieux et assez copieux! Le restaurant est très joli avec une cuisine ouverte. Le personnel était très accueillant et agréable.

Everything went well. Friendly staff, decent rooms and outdoor swimming pool for children. Like most Novotels: you must have a car to get there.

The room is clean and very well soundproofed, obviously recently renovated. Spacious hall, pleasant staff in the morning and evening. Catering: quality products with mention for breakfast: fresh orange juice, really good pastries, coffee also very good. Nothing to say, interesting value for money with the Tesla supercharger as a bonus.

Rock' n Roll

23/09/2024: Determined to learn rock, we will decide to open the doors of Dancenter. No regrets, the lessons are very pleasant to follow, with a very friendly, caring and always humorous teacher (Pascale 😉). We recommend without problem 👍.
23/09/2024: I wanted to return to dancing because when I was younger I was satisfied with this dance center. It's still as nice and friendly as I remember. Thank you Pascale for the Rock lessons. At the top 👍

23/09/2024: Impeccable service With a smile More than hearty dish (truffade) We were able to take the excess
21/09/2024: Let's start with our arrival. When we showed up at the restaurant at 8 p.m., we were told that it was not possible for two covers while at the same time three people arrived and we told them that it was possible (they had not reserved ). From a kitchen point of view, the dishes are good and well stocked. On the other hand, the service is long... 15' wait for the aperitif which overlapped with the hot dishes which arrived almost at the same time. For dessert (the same two) a disaster....40' wait although there were fewer people (but I would like to point out that this is not the fault of the waiter who came to see us twice to find out if we had our desserts)!!!
