Basilic & Co Mérignac (Mondésir) sur Merignac

This is absolutely the best pizzeria I love in Rennes. I first tried it when I was a student, and I went back again when I returned to Rennes on a business trip. I ordered the "Brexiteuse," but the server thought I said "Prestigieuse," probably because of my awkward French. When it was served, they replaced it with the one I had actually ordered. Heartwarming.

We were very pleasantly surprised! We had two pizzas delivered. The ingredients were high quality, the presentation was beautiful, and most importantly, they were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed them, and they were delivered in just 45 minutes. Well done! 👍

I don't know what happened. In 2020, this was my favorite pizzeria. I came back this year and I don't find the pizzas delicious anymore... The basil leaves have been replaced by some kind of green powder. A bit of a disappointment.
