A wonderful place where I received a very warm welcome from Shanna and Owen, who were both very friendly. The pesto and burrata salad was delicious, and the tarte tatin was excellent. A very pleasant time spent at this restaurant. Thank you so much 🙏

Bastide is a small brasserie in Carcassonne, located on the square in a very pleasant shaded area. The prices are reasonable. To my great surprise, the pizzas are good! Soft crusts around the edges and generous toppings overall. It's still a brasserie, but the quality reflects the price. The service isn't particularly friendly, but it does its job while adhering to the essential rules. Overall, I recommend it for a delicious and enjoyable meal without breaking the bank.

Les Delices de Tetouan

18/06/2026: A small but beautifully decorated restaurant that deserves to be more popular and better known in Carcassonne. Authentic Moroccan cuisine, delicious and very reasonably priced. The welcome and service were also impeccable, pleasant, polite, and discreet. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the portions are a little small, at least for the tagines. We would have liked a larger plate. Nevertheless, we will gladly return, also to try the appetizers that looked so tempting! Thank you to Les Délices de Tétouan.
31/05/2026: I discovered this restaurant, which is unfortunately located on a quiet street. I'm a regular customer, and what I can say is that the food is excellent, very generous, and the service is welcoming… as a couscous and tagine enthusiast… I highly recommend this restaurant.
