Bastid' sur Carcassonne

Great experience! I had the classic burger and it was really good—tasty, well prepared, and exactly what I was looking for. The location is also beautiful, and the service was very fast. We were welcomed by a tattooed waiter whose name we unfortunately don’t remember, but he was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. He also gave us lots of great recommendations for tourist attractions and places to visit, which was really appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a very welcoming and family-friendly place with great service, a lovely atmosphere, and delicious food. We had a wonderful time!
