Bastide du Calalou sur Moissac-Bellevue

Komen hier elk jaar. Mooie context op terras. Mooie menu’s. Bediening voldoende vriendelijk maar slordig. Soms meerdere malen hetzelfde moeten vragen. Vijf kelners dooreen. Zouden beter tafel toewijzen aan één kelner die dan alles doet. Hoofdschotel niet synchroon gebracht, wat storend is. Eten is lekker, maar niet uitzonderlijk. Lijkt wat op bandwerk. Lekker frambozen gebak. Lekkere Lanson rosé champagne. Witte Sancerre, goed maar niet top. Rekening redelijk: 469€ voor 6 personen.

Belle région qui mérite qu'on s'y attarde. Bastide non dénuée d'un certain charme en dépit de quelques imperfections au niveau du confort ( problèmes de petites differences de niveau entre des pièces différentes ).Personnel en général engagé et sympathique. Le point à revoir est la restauration. Une carte prometteuse mais...immuable - si vous restez plusieurs jours, cela devient vite lassant-. Qualité inégale des mets; le même plat ( salade Cesar ) peut être très bon un jour, moyen le lendemain et désastreux lors d' une 3eme tentative - peut-etre en fonction de celui qui l'a préparé en cuisine?- Certains plats manquent de goût,de saveur ou baignent dans la sauce. L'absence d'autres restaurants dans le secteur rend le problème récurrent. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ne pas avoir à ressortir le soir En ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner, le remplissage du buffet est un peu lent. Les oeufs brouillés dans des petits raviers _ necessairement froids et un peu secs- laissent sur la faim sans autre alternative!Le pain cuit à la demande souffre parfois d'un peu d'attente également. Bref, acceptable mais...on attendait mieux!

An enchanted parenthesis We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and left feeling refreshed. The staff is extremely friendly, owner and employees. The restaurant was delicious and the value for money was very good. The swimming pool is magnificent as are the gardens. The rooms are superb, very elegant and refined decoration in the style of the bastide which is appreciated for more authenticity We will return with pleasure

We spent a lovely night at this hotel. (We are very fussy?picky travellers) The room was clean bright and the beds very comfortable. The dinner was was excellent . I would recommend this hotel and I would also go back if in the area

Superb weekend The bastide is magnificent and the staff are particularly pleasant and attentive. The dinner was excellent and the vegetarian option was qualitative and delicious.

The hotel's outdoor area is beautiful, with a well-kept garden and immaculate swimming pool. However, the interior of the property seemed a bit dated and could do with some updating, particularly in terms of soundproofing. We were disturbed by noises from neighboring rooms. The staff were attentive and kind, but we felt an intrusiveness and unpleasant pressure from the owners towards them, which tarnished our experience a little. Overall, despite great assets, certain services are unfortunately not in line with what is expected for a 4 star.

We came to eat at the restaurant which is simply wonderful. Extremely friendly staff and congratulations to the chef and his team. A delicious meal without any false notes from the aperitif to the coffee. Thank you so much. Next time we will try the hotel
