Lunch cruise with the "Etoile" package for my partner's birthday. Weekday lunch. Car parked in the Cathédrale parking lot, about a 10-minute walk to the dock. Friendly, smiling, and helpful staff. Very good meal: refined, high-quality, and generous portions. Good management of service and the wait between courses. Option to go outside to smoke or admire the scenery. A pleasant experience, worth doing once. On the downside, the atmosphere was noisy due to a large group; it felt a bit like a "brasserie" when crowded, which detracted from the romance. We sometimes had trouble hearing some of the announcements over the PA system. The noise/vibration from the boat's engine was acceptable. Clean restrooms. The decor was a bit dated. In conclusion, a lovely time for two.

It's really fun to do. The best way is to face the direction of travel.

The meal was very good and plentiful. Excellent service from Didier and Luis. I highly recommend it.

We had already taken this lunch cruise a few years ago. We did it again today. Just as good as ever. The meal and service were perfect. The explanations and commentary given by the guide could have been a bit louder.

Good food, very good service, but very noisy, especially on Valentine's Day when you'd want some peace and quiet with your partner.

Hello everyone. This Valentine's Day cruise is fabulous. My wife and I usually dress up in our best outfits for this kind of entertainment. My wife is a little sexier than usual, and I think that's obvious to us. Yet yesterday, February 14th, proved us completely wrong, as the women's outfits were particularly dreadful. Jeans and sneakers were still the order of the day, and high heels didn't impress us either. Our outfits for grocery shopping on Saturday remained unchanged. It seems women have lost their appeal, unfortunately! Without wanting to impose anything, a dress code could still be suggested in such circumstances. Just a thought. Have a good evening!

Fourth dinner cruise on the Erdre River. What a disappointment compared to the previous ones: a cold atmosphere, a lack of explanations throughout the journey, poor acoustics, and mediocre musical entertainment, even though there used to be a dance floor. As for the food, I'm still looking for the virgin sauce that was supposed to accompany my sea bass fillet. The pastries were dry and tasteless. Very disappointed for this wedding anniversary.

I booked this premium cruise for my parents' 80th birthday, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcome, the service, the meal, and the special touch for their 80th birthday at dessert were all excellent. Thank you for your kindness in assisting them with boarding and disembarking. A fantastic way to discover Nantes from the water! The trip with Bateaux Nantais was very relaxing and offered great views of the architecture and nature along the Erdre River. The ship is modern, clean, and offers superb views through its large panoramic windows. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere on board was pleasant. Highly recommended for tourists and locals alike.
