What a pleasure to discover a Chanel experience at BHV. We forget that we are in a department store. Received this Sunday at 11 a.m. by Karine, I discover the new products, and the history of Coco Chanel. With great care, I leave with products that appealed to me. I really recommend!

What a pleasure to return each time to the Chanel stand at BHV - each time advised by Amina! First Class Service - the luxury experience with Amina's smile, professionalism and advice. Always the opportunity to discover a new product, but also anecdotes about the history of products or perfumes. Highly recommended.

Had the most amazing experience at this little store. Met with the store manager Karine who was so very kind. She helped me understand what would suit my skin and told me which shades would match as well. Incredible customer service !! Would 100% recommend. Ask for Karine.

22/03/2024: Everything could be very good; Nevertheless, When we ask for still water, we are served water for €11, while the carafe Normal water should be €2.50. On the other hand, the servers are very good but there is one server, himself rather good, But who speaks with a mask, and we understand nothing of what he says.
18/03/2024: Excellent address You have to chase the servers a bit but it's still OK Only downside: in view of the level of service and the prices, charging 2 euros 50 for a carafe of water seems really petty
