While passing through Éperon we decided to dine at bellarosa. Large capacity pizzeria. Very friendly welcome but that's all! We ate a prawn risotto and a rare flank steak with Roquefort sauce. the risotto is served in a shallow, unstable plate if you want to eat the prawns properly. Probably thawed they were hard. The flank steak (cooked in a wood oven?) is presented cut into 3, dry and overcooked. The Roquefort sauce not smooth, the cheese not completely melted. What a disappointment! I had to ask for the glass of wine sold by the glass (infamous) and did not get another napkin, which flew away because of the wind. No price for dessert... so. Dissatisfied parties. Fair prices but quality stone raw material. Maybe the pizzas are good? To flee

Bellarosa's pizzas are the best pizzas in Épernon and probably the best in the surrounding area.
