We discovered Belleville by chance, loved it, and want to come back. Everything is great. The room was clean and spacious, but a welcome tray was missing. The reception, the bar, and the owner were all available, helpful, and professional. We appreciated that. The food was plentiful and varied. Breakfast was lacking scrambled eggs, etc., but otherwise it was generous. So, well done! I can't wait to come back in the warmer months.

We enjoyed the brasserie, where the welcome was warm. We were seated quickly, and there was a daily menu and an à la carte menu. Everything is homemade. The blanquette of the day was a delight, the roast beef and fries were incredibly tender for one of us, and fresh for the others. To finish, apple tart on a bed of compote was delicious, and a chestnut fondant that could have used a bit more chestnut. The staff's kindness was incredible; it was a very pleasant experience. Yes, you can stop by for lunch; you won't be disappointed at all.
