A wonderful time with friends!!! A marvelous setting overlooking the ponds ☀️ Attentive service, refined cuisine, everything was delicious and remarkably fresh!! Excellent wine selection, warm atmosphere. Go without hesitation! I highly recommend it! If you want a truly enjoyable meal! Thank you to Benoit and the entire team for your professionalism; we will be back 🙏

Tourist trap by the pond. Very slow service. The lack of staff, facing a large crowd on a sunny Sunday in November, meant the service lasted 3 hours!!! The dining room was extremely noisy. Fortunately, the food was good.

I highly recommend this place for a meal, an aperitif, or an afternoon snack! The dishes are beautiful and delicious, the ice cream is generous, and the waffles are perfectly crispy 😋! The service is very efficient and friendly. Finally, the setting, overlooking the Thau Lagoon, is perfect 😎!

09/09/2024: Exceptional setting. Attentive waiter. We took the discovery menu which was excellent except for the dessert which was frozen raspberry dessert (frozen raspberries). They owned up to their mistake by offering me another dessert, which is professional.

16/12/2025: We only went to the restaurant but it was superb: delicious, very generous portions and a warm welcome!
14/12/2025: A must-stay in Balaruc-les-Bains. The owners offer a warm welcome, spacious rooms, and refined local cuisine served in generous portions, not to mention the traditional sauerkraut on Thursdays. We greatly appreciate the hotel's welcoming atmosphere during our stays in Balaruc. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Martinez.
