Perfect as usual…we come every birthday but I must say that this time, with Chef Oliviu Pavel, there was not only the show, the perfect preparation/cooking, the flavors etc, but also human contact and with the children that I had never had before, we all spent a moment suspended in time with conviviality and refinement

For my birthday, I received the €140 menu as a gift and I had an extraordinary time. The service is impeccable, the cuisine tender and delicious. The chefs cook before our eyes, it’s impressive, their technique is worth discovering. If you have the budget, it's definitely worth doing.

An incredible experience with the cook who prepares the dishes in front of us. Everything was very good, especially the prawns and beef. The dessert preparation is spectacular. The whole team is attentive and very professional. In summary, we really liked it!

Seconde venue cette fois pour un déjeuner. Un beau moment avec de bons produits. Menu SHIMA. Personnel au top avec de beaux échanges. Beau spectacle de la cuisine devant nous.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le cadre, l'ambiance, le service et le show culinaire : tout était parfait 👍. Les plats sont relativement simples mais bien présentés et de très bonne qualité.

28/08/2024: Excellent Japanese restaurant, one of the best addresses in Paris in my opinion. We became regulars. The sushi is really great, the fish is very good and the service is always impeccable!

22/09/2024: I recommend this address with my eyes closed, it was delicious. Go for it!
14/09/2024: Who would have thought you would get great japanese cuisine in little ol paris!! There was a queue of people 49 minutes into service. I was seated fast too. The fry, the rice the soup are all delicious. I ordered a set menu for the Rose pork and a la carte for the ebi fry. Needless to say they did not skip out on the portions. I finished it with a delicious yuzu sorbet which was a great palate cleanser. If you need something more than sushi and sashimi this is the place!!!
