Very pleasant, bright, and with a lovely view of the Seine. Perhaps it would be nice to enhance the flavors of the various dishes... or sauces... The staff is extremely kind. The chef's "show," his attention to cooking each course individually, his efficiency, and his humor make the whole experience very enjoyable. See you very soon.

14/01/2026: The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the homemade California roll was truly unique—probably the best in all of Paris. The gyozas were delicious, and the ramen was excellent, with wonderfully chewy noodles and a perfectly balanced broth. The service was also very friendly and attentive. 😋 I loved this restaurant and will definitely be back!
