What a pleasure to watch the Japanese chefs working at the stoves with the Seine and the Maison de Radio France in the background! The meal was perfect in every way: the service discreet and attentive, the food delicious and beautifully presented. Perhaps the only slight drawback was the price of the bottle of sake, which seemed a tad excessive for its quality.
