Benvengudo sur Les Baux-De-Provence

The place is very beautiful. The services are very poor. The Wi-Fi is very bad, the air conditioning doesn't work at night, and there's no intercom to reception. This means that for anything needed, the guest has to go to reception. The minibar in the room doesn't work. Few employees who can't handle the workload.

Incredible breakfast and attentive staff. The rooms aren't very large and lack amenities like a Nespresso machine. It's a shame there's no light meal service during the day, but other than that, no complaints. Oh, it's so close to the road and quite noisy in the end :-(

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and were absolutely delighted! Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the location idyllic! We stayed again this month, and this time I'm much more ambivalent. The reception staff were incredibly cold! I felt like I was bothering the young woman… a smile? Optional! We didn't feel welcome at all… I had to pay for the entire stay before even getting the keys (even though I had provided bank authorization… and we had planned dinner and possibly other extras!). A second payment was required at the end of our stay…. Once we were settled in, we had to change rooms due to a technical issue (a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated…). The dinner was good, and the waitresses in the restaurant (unlike those at reception) did their best to make it a pleasant experience! It wouldn't take much to relive what we experienced a few years ago.

A lovely establishment, just a 2-3 minute drive from Les Baux-de-Provence. Beautiful room, excellent service and staff. 😀 Magnificent garden with trees, unfortunately full of mosquitoes at sunset 😔

Our stay at the Hotel Benvengudo was exceptional in every way. The staff was genuinely warm, welcoming and helpful. The location was stunning and perfectly situated for exploring the area and then returning to enjoy a drink and a game of pétanque in the beautiful garden before dinner. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was superb. We were sad to leave and hope to return again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Le Hameau des Baux. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very pleasant. We weren't disappointed at all; everything was perfect, both the hotel and the staff. I had a wonderful extended weekend at the Benvengudo. Gorgeous premises, comfortable room, lovely staff, and excellent experience overall.

Excellent evening meal and incredible breakfast. But the glass of wine is far too expensive... €16...

Great place, beautiful location. Charming and well-appointed. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with family, as a couple, or solo. A special mention for the restaurant, whose dishes are sublime! We thoroughly enjoyed the chef's menu. The drinks at the bar and the wine list are also very good! Attentive staff. The owner is present, responsive, and also very attentive. The only downside: We were disappointed that the pool heating problem wasn't fixed during our 3-day stay. There were occasional minor communication hiccups between the staff. Nothing serious, though; the staff were friendly.
