Everything was excellent. The tapas platter was exceptional, the tasting trio was amazing. The reimagined baba was superb. The owners were very friendly. In short, everything was great, go for it!

We went there several times and honestly this last time I was disappointed with the meat (veal sausage) which was overcooked, a very classic dish plus they were overwhelmed… frankly average.

A culinary experience in a unique, authentic atmosphere! Our dinner at La Bergerie d’Acciola was without a doubt one of the highlights of our holiday in Corsica. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly received and immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and authentic. You dine in a beautiful location where the charm of Corsica and the passion for gastronomy come together perfectly. For the main course, we chose the aged Côte de veau Corse, prepared on the brazier. Highly recommended! The meat was perfectly medium-rare, buttery soft, and full of flavor. We drank a bottle of Castellu di Baricci “Réserve Perpétuelle” with it, a magnificent Corsican wine that formed a perfect pairing with the dish. The service also deserves a big compliment: friendly, attentive, and with genuine care for the guests. La Bergerie d’Acciola is a restaurant where everything is just right: the hospitality, the relaxed atmosphere, the quality of the dishes, and the beautiful local wines. A place where you not only eat delicious food, but above all enjoy a complete culinary experience. When we are back in Corsica, we will undoubtedly return here. Highly recommended!

An enchanting setting, authentic dishes, exceptional local produce, cuisine that is both simple and refined, a warm atmosphere, and delightful staff. This sheepfold was a magnificent discovery, and their shop makes you want to buy everything… we enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end, from the drinks to the main courses, and what can I say about the desserts… words fail me… a restaurant like few others I've ever experienced. Make the detour; it's truly worth it. See you soon, I hope!
