25/01/2025: Loyal to Istanbul for years, I am tempted to continue ordering. Indeed order made today. Tiramisu Nutella ordered I receive a tiramisu speculos. I called immediately and the person told me that there was no more Nutella. So no more Nutella, they take the initiative of adding a speculoos, saying to themselves that it won't go down well, I don't like it. The person I have on the phone asks a woman behind what she should do and then I hear "tiramisu I can't take it back" um yes but I actually paid. I am offered other desserts but not at the price of tiramisu, well no 3.40 I am offered something logically equivalent. Finally I was told to notify it in my next order (not sure about making one). The person on the phone apologizes but then the other person doesn't understand at all and has a very unpleasant tone. Very disappointed
