Cleanliness beds to be reviewed, we had to involve the staff to change everything, for the rest reception, spa, swimming pool etc and very friendly staff, even the restaurant is perfect

The hotel staff is very welcoming over the phone and tries to provide us with the best information! Special mention to Valerie who takes care of the rental of the Orangerie reception room, who following the problems we had tried to find us a solution! Don’t hesitate to go through them!!!

A welcoming and pleasant hotel. The staff is attentive, the hotel restaurant is really great! The quality of the products and the cuisine are perfect. Breakfast is varied, from cottage cheese to small croissants, fresh fruit salad and pancakes, not forgetting hard-boiled or scrambled eggs, cold meats and cheese! The rooms are comfortable, air conditioning, the bedding is perfect! The staff is smiling, the managers are friendly, welcoming, smiling and very concerned about the well-being of their customers.

At the top! 3 weeks in this hotel, the service is very good and the staff are friendly. The restaurant's cuisine is very good. I really recommend 🙂

Very warm welcome but unfortunately we found that the service was not really up to par. We were my partner and my 1 year old daughter in a standard room which was presented as being small with the baby bed. We were told to take the superior room for more space which we refused. Room cleaning did not include changing sheets unless requested. The same dirt left in the sink in the morning and found in the evening. The floor of the bathroom and shower did not have a separation which meant that the floor was constantly wet and appeared as if it had not been cleaned. Shower curtains with mushrooms. In short, I can tell you that with a baby it was really not hygienic. A friend took a standard room during our stay, except it was bigger, better appointed and the shower was different. Considering the price for a 3 star we are disappointed.
