Good steakhouse, no complaints there. The portions were a bit small for a rump steak, though, but the service was excellent. The owner came to greet us at the beginning, and the waitress was incredibly kind – a rare find these days. Hats off to them! Reservations are essential; it's a Rambouillet institution.

Hello, a new culinary experience, and quite an experience it was! An exceptional restaurant in the world of meat, unlike anything I've ever seen in my 66 years. The meat was of exceptional quality, and the owner greeted each customer at every table, making you feel right at home. The young and dynamic team is always attentive. Congratulations and long live this establishment, the kind we wish to see more often, where everything is homemade. Truly, bravo to Christophe and his team!

I came for the first time with my husband today and what a surprise!!! A very warm welcome, the owner and his team are extremely kind, caring, and attentive to their customers! Very responsive and available! The portions are generous and the meat is exceptional!! I highly recommend it!! I rarely take the time to leave reviews on Google, but when there's something to praise, I don't hesitate! I've rarely seen a restaurant as pleasant as this one, and one that fills up in minutes! This place had been highly recommended to us, but we were a little disappointed by the quality of the beef.
I ordered a fillet steak, another person ordered a ribeye, and neither of our cuts was tender. Unfortunately, my mashed potatoes had stuck to my plate. However, those at our table who hadn't ordered beef were delighted with their meals.
The atmosphere is friendly. The portions are quite generous.
One drawback was the smell of cigarette smoke, which we noticed several times on the terrace without being able to pinpoint its source.
