The wine was corked. The waiter denied this and said it was part of having the chef taste the wine, even though it was obvious the wine was not good. She was very difficult about it, but later she admitted it. The zucchini with the meat was overcooked and mushy. The Caesar salad and tomato salad with burrata were tasty.

Best bar/restaurant in Ribeauvillé. Friendly. Welcoming. Relaxed. Allowed me to charge my bike-battery with ease. And let me finish my beer even after they had closed. Wonderful.

Superb place.
Remember to book! The aperitif was fantastic, the meat delicious, and the dessert; I've never had such good chocolate mousse. All accompanied by good wine, and even Vogel's bread—the best bread in town! Try Vogel's ficelle, it's just as good even defrosted; I make it myself at home.
Thank you so much. A dedicated and passionate chef; you can feel it and see it on the plate.

We have been to Ville de Nancy four times (which speaks to our enjoyment of this place) and last night was by far the most amazing meal we have had yet! The combinations were delicious- pea, green beans and cherries- yum! So many options for wine to select from and wonderful, friendly service! We will be returning!

We spontaneously stopped in Ribeauville today during a bike tour and had a meal at the Winstub Ville de Nancy. We ordered the set lunch menu and were absolutely delighted! The food was very varied, wonderfully presented, and highly recommended. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for the fantastic experience!

What a happy coincidence! While out for a stroll, I stumbled upon a small but inviting terrace, offering a refined and flavorful daily menu featuring local and seasonal ingredients. Special mention goes to the asparagus, particularly the asparagus, pea, and burrata appetizer.
The service was impeccable and friendly.

A small restaurant with well-spaced tables. The menu is high-quality and reflects local tradition and seasonality. Among the dishes, I'd particularly like to mention the chicken with morels, mushrooms that are only available in season; I'd never tasted them before, and I must say I discovered a new and exceptional flavor. There's a wide selection of wines, all served chilled. If you want something at room temperature, you'll have to go down to the cellar and choose. To top it all off, the restaurant offers small tastings between courses.
