For the price I paid I was expecting a decent meat quality, the meat quality was very disappinting though. Everything else was great. The cooking of such a bad steak partly made up for it.

L'auberge du chateau bleu

16/02/2026: Excellent food (starter, main course, dessert, everything was very good), nice wine and champagne list. But the bill was very steep, perhaps too steep.

04/01/2026: An exceptional culinary and wine experience offering outstanding value for money. Truly black Périgord truffles, foie gras, and caviar at a ridiculously low price, not to mention the exceptional wines.
