What a culinary revelation! The eight-course menu was flawless, with an incredible balance of flavors from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you to Chef Jean-Baptiste for his warm welcome and for this truly special experience. A must-visit in Tremblay for lovers of fine dining. He took the time to explain each dish.

What can I say, except excellent from start to finish. This is our second visit and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; everything was perfect. The chef takes the time to explain everything and chat with you. Go without hesitation!

For a birthday celebration, we discovered a wonderful restaurant. We enjoyed a tasting menu with wine pairings.
We discovered new flavors, and the wines were excellent (especially the Puligny-Montrachet).
The service was impeccable.
I highly recommend it.

We chose this restaurant for our 10th anniversary and had a wonderful time. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, including the wine, everything was excellent. The prices seem a bit high, but the dishes are carefully prepared and very flavorful, so it's well worth it.
A truly successful evening!
