A wonderful experience this Sunday. We were a group of 10, the food was excellent, and the service impeccable. The restaurant owners were very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back! 👍🏻

Fantastic restaurant... I loved it... everything was perfect... thank you so much to my daughter and her husband Florent... all four of us... we had a delicious dinner... I think we'll both come back...

What a culinary revelation! The eight-course menu was flawless, with an incredible balance of flavors from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you to Chef Jean-Baptiste for his warm welcome and for this truly special experience. A must-visit in Tremblay for lovers of fine dining. He took the time to explain each dish. Highly recommended.

Excellent food. A gourmet restaurant with comparable prices. We got a 50% discount with TheFork. The chef is dedicated and passionate about his craft. He was even serving that evening. A unique restaurant, a refreshing change.

What can I say, except excellent from start to finish. This is our second visit and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; everything was perfect. The chef takes the time to explain everything and chat with you. Go without hesitation!

For a birthday celebration, we discovered a wonderful restaurant. We enjoyed a tasting menu with wine pairings. We discovered new flavors, and the wines were excellent (especially the Puligny-Montrachet). The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

We chose this restaurant for our 10th anniversary and had a wonderful time. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, including the wine, everything was excellent. The prices seem a bit high, but the dishes are carefully prepared and very flavorful, so it's well worth it. A truly successful evening!

We came for dinner this Saturday evening, February 28th, and the chef delighted us...amuse-bouches, starter, main course, dessert, including the traditional "trou normand" (a small glass of Calvados served between courses), refined and indulgent cuisine...gastronomic...and generous portions! Thank you to the chef...a lovely experience

13/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay while attending competitions at the exhibition center. It's an excellent alternative when hotels near the venue are fully booked. Just three minutes away by RER train, with the station right outside the hotel offering direct access. In addition to the restaurant, there's a snack area with a microwave available. A small refrigerator is provided in the room. There's a Carrefour supermarket right next to the hotel. The room rates are significantly lower than those of the hotels at the exhibition center. The staff were very welcoming.
13/05/2026: For a hotel located in an airport, I found the staff very calm and respectful. Once again, well done, especially when I needed to use the restroom; I really appreciated the staff's response.

L'auberge du chateau bleu

15/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent place! I had a wonderful time at the Auberge du Château Bleu. The setting is charming and the welcome warm, but what really stood out was their focus on local gems! It's a delight to find exceptional products from the region, such as creations from Maison Boquet or spirits from the Ergaster distillery. A truly admirable initiative and a restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend in Tremblay-en-France!
