I ordered two Bartholomew burgers with a brookie and fries, and I was very satisfied with both the burger and the fries. However, the brookie was nothing special. It wasn't particularly interesting.

Before writing this review, I read many others and wanted to share the Big Fernand experience with you, setting aside the negative reviews. Many comments mention the quality of the meat (which is still excellent). The difference is that veal was used before, and now it's beef. It's noticeably less tasty than veal, but much more ethical. Besides, the beef is still excellent. Living nearby, I can't really comment on delivery issues. However, I order from other restaurants very regularly, and forgetfulness or cold dishes are very common. It's always best to go there in person; it will inevitably be better. Unfortunately, even when dining in, oversights sometimes occur. Since I go once or twice a week (always for takeout), I'll never criticize these oversights, which are simply human and understandable. I've tried almost all the burgers, but unfortunately, the bun is sometimes dry, which significantly diminishes the burger's flavor. It's quite rare to find a dry bun, but when you do, you immediately taste the difference; the burger's flavor changes, and that's probably the only complaint I have. Personally, I only order the Victor, which is simply delicious. I'm not a fan of the other burgers, but everyone I've taken to Big Fernand has loved them. Contrary to many reviews, I find the servers very friendly. Unfortunately, many reviews focus on the "servers" behind the counter who don't say hello. They're not servers, they're cooks... so forget those reviews. Any restaurant you go to will be different. The cook never comes to say hello because it's not their job! Big Fernand remains the best culinary discovery I've made since coming to the Paris region (in terms of value for money, of course). I'm a burger fanatic and have tried countless burgers over the past four years. Big Fernand is the only place where I can eat every week with a smile. Except for the bread, which is sometimes dry (very rarely), everything is great, and I hope this chain continues to grow so everyone can try their burgers. Thanks again to the team! 😁

The burger was amazing! The service was incredibly fast.

I had a good meal. My hamburger was very good. I even got a bottle of drinking water to stay hydrated in addition to my lemonade.

A very nice experience, the burgers are delicious.

It feels like Big Fernand is increasing getting worse. They move from Coca-Cola to Pepsi which is a usual move to increase margins, but customers tends to not like this that much (Pepsi has 7% of the market in france). More recently they moved from a Heinz ketchup to something custom that is uneatable. I will try to find a replacement place to eat at.
