05/01/2026: Order placed via the official Domino’s Pizza app. The pizzas were fine when prepared, but the delivery was problematic: a significant delay (approximately one hour) and the pizzas arrived completely cold. I later learned that the delivery had been handled by a third-party provider (Uber Direct), without this being clearly indicated or selected at the time of ordering. The initial contact with the store was particularly disappointing: no attempt to address the issue, immediate blame shifted to the third-party provider, without any attempt to listen or offer a solution. The response was unprofessional and clearly biased, with a "it's not our problem" attitude, which is not the standard expected of a brand like Domino’s. Do not place your orders between 3 pm and 6 pm.
