Great restaurant, great atmosphere, everything on the menu looks very, very good, it's hard to choose, we tried the Capricieuse 😍 a very good aperitif made with milk and brandy, a great discovery, then we tasted the duel of béëê a pure marvel, a great idea from the chef to mix beetroot and goat cheese, and to finish the sheep's milk ice cream to die for, we will have to come back to try other dishes.

This isn't our first time at the restaurant at the Col Bayard dairy. The meal was good and plentiful. The welcome was less friendly than usual, with an error in our reservation. The atmosphere is always pleasant.

I've been several times, and it's always a pleasure! The staff is welcoming, smiling, and warm! The food is exquisite! Plus, I always leave with some little cheeses. The concept of having the shop open at the same time as the restaurant is a brilliant idea! A real treat! Go if you haven't tried it yet 🥰

This restaurant is a must-stop whenever I'm traveling around Gap, and it's always just as good! You can buy wine, cheese, charcuterie, various local products, and souvenirs. It's a great place!
