More than just a dairy, a restaurant, or a cheese shop: all three are offered, but each with something extra. The dairy serves as the base for a fine local restaurant and cheese shop where you can eat almost any time of day. The cheese shop offers an impressive selection of homemade cheeses and more, and is complemented by a true gourmet grocery store where local specialties sit alongside, for example, rare whiskies. A few nice souvenirs too.
Oh yes, the humor extends even to the toilets ;).
A wise stop when passing through or returning from a walk...

Everything is perfect: the location, splendid with a magnificent view; the decor, the dining room, the cellar—everything is beautifully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. And what can I say about the restaurant? Exceptional products, a warm welcome, and highly professional service. What a treat! Reservations are absolutely essential, as the place is very popular. Cheese lovers, don't miss it!

Good evening everyone. This restaurant is dedicated to showcasing all the flavors of the Col de Bayard region and its surroundings. Mission accomplished! I'll definitely have to go back because it's delicious. Remember to book ahead.
