It's a small, hidden restaurant, but a real gem! The food was delicious and the service was warm and welcoming! I'm usually a small eater, but I finished everything at this restaurant because it was all so good!!! Absolutely recommended to experience their cuisine.

A very good address! We were passing through Nîmes and recommend it, a very friendly welcome, a pleasant setting very close to tourist sites and very good cuisine with a limited but varied menu as it should be.

We ate there two nights in a row, before the concerts at the arena. The first night because it had been recommended to us, the second because we loved the first one so much 😃 The food was top-notch (fresh ingredients, generous portions, delicious) and the service impeccable, from the moment we arrived until we paid! A truly excellent place.

A place we love to discover. On a quiet street just steps from the arena, we were drawn in by a beautiful almond-green storefront and a chalkboard menu with enticing offerings. A very warm welcome and excellent food. The decor was also tasteful. We had a lovely time before heading to the concert; the service was quick and efficient, ensuring we were on time. In short, a well-deserved 5 stars.

A wonderful discovery just steps from the Nîmes Arena. A small, unpretentious restaurant, but with everything you'd expect from a great place: a warm welcome, friendly, quick, and efficient service, and quality cuisine. We went there with friends before a concert. We sat down at 7:00 PM and left around 7:30 or 7:45 PM at the latest. The promised time was therefore perfectly respected, which is especially appreciated when you have a show you can't miss. Special mention for the tiramisu, which lived up to all expectations! All this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good meal near the Arena.

Christine and Lilian already delighted us at "Le Fanfaron" on Place de la Révolution. We followed them to "Le Bistrot des Arènes" and are thrilled that their culinary family has grown with the addition of their son Victor, who works alongside Lilian in the kitchen. The dishes are a true delight for the taste buds, the service is charming yet efficient and professional—thank you to Christine, who remembers our preferences from one visit to the next. If you don't go... too bad for you!

We just happened to walk past this little restaurant by chance. From the outside it looks very chic, so we decided to give it a go. From setting foot inside, the service was charming, welcoming and very efficient. We had the daily specials which were excellent. All freshly prepared and cooked to order. Marvellous! Very happy to have ventured in. We are not surprised that this family run restaurant has been going for 35 years. If we lived here, we would be regular visitors! Definitely recommend.

Le Bistrot des Arènes is first and foremost a beautiful place with carefully chosen decor. Then come the dishes prepared by Lilian and Victor, which delight our taste buds from appetizers to desserts. All served by Christine, who is always attentive and makes sure we have everything we need. A truly excellent place.

A wonderful discovery! The servers were friendly and very professional, and even the kitchen staff were very attentive! I highly recommend the mussels and fries, and the chocolate fondant – it's a classic! I'll definitely be back.

A fantastic restaurant. The food is excellent and homemade. What's more, the menu is varied and caters to different dietary needs (including vegetarian). The owners were immediately very friendly and gave us a warm welcome.

19/06/2026: Always fabulous. It's always a delight to have lunch or dinner there. The dishes are always different, original, and seasonal, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The aperitifs are also excellent (🙌 the Moscow-I-don't-remember-how-sound-it). And the service is impeccable. You always feel welcome. The recommendations for dishes and wines are always spot-on.
16/06/2026: Look no further… You've arrived! Push open the door and you'll discover a haven of peace. The first thing you'll notice is Océane's warm smile and kindness, followed by the chef's generous and delicious dishes and the peaceful patio… pure bliss!

28/06/2026: A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A lovely patio, though we had one small complaint: it was a bit chilly. Perhaps the parasols should be lowered after the sun goes down? With this heat, it's not easy to provide shade, but we've had this problem before at another patio in Nîmes! The staff is great, and the tables are well-spaced, which is much appreciated! Otherwise, the meal was absolutely delicious, with flavor combinations that truly awakened the taste buds! For us, both the chocolate and strawberry desserts were excellent! This meal was a constant source of pleasure throughout... It was a wonderful culinary experience! We will definitely return, confident that we'll enjoy another delicious meal and surprising flavor combinations!
23/06/2026: The cuisine is refined, flavorful, and surprisingly delicious. The setting is intimate, the garden invites you to escape, and the attentive service is always attentive. Not to mention the excellent wine recommendations. Always a great pleasure!
