A discreet place where you are received as a friend in a discreet atmosphere. It's nice to get used to it and accumulate good memories. Vincent Croizard's cuisine is sincere and imaginative, from the beginning to the end of the meal and the wines offered by Gisèle, his oenologist wife, are so perfect that we often leave with the contact details of the estates. My favorite place, I love inviting people I like there.

We had a pleasant time but quite disappointed with the cooking, the octopus was ordinary and the veal and duck were not tasty enough. A little too expensive for the content.

We have been coming for years for special occasions, each time we enjoy the creative cuisine of the chef who always offers unexpected and perfectly successful combinations. Excellent wine advice completes an always pleasant meal in a warm atmosphere. It’s a real pleasure on every level!

We had an excellent evening at the Croizard restaurant. For our first time in this establishment everything was perfect, the welcome, the attentive service, the truly succulent dishes...and the food and wine pairing offered with lovely surprises such as this wine aged on cocoa beans to accompany a dessert !
We will gladly come back

Michelin-starred restaurant which has been in Nîmes for more than 20 years on rue de la Madeleine and then rue des Chassaintes in Nîmes.
I have been loyal since the beginning of the installation in Nîmes. Today the cuisine is still rigorous and enchanting, for products always respected and chosen for their organic qualities, local products and short circuits. Beautiful and generous plates and very controlled prices for a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant meal.
