We had the pleasure of discovering the eight-course menu, brilliantly constructed around the truffle… but not exclusively. Each dish was a masterful surprise: a remarkably delicate lobster ravioli, perfectly prepared lamb, and a progression of flavors of exquisite precision.
To finish, two desserts, one of which was "the truffle." An absolutely incredible dessert, as daring as it was flawlessly executed.
