A truly beautiful restaurant... Le Clair de la Plume is an extraordinary place. Today, we enjoyed the incredible 8-course tasting menu... Everything was absolutely top-notch... Immense respect for the entire team at this restaurant... The cuisine, the pastries, the service, the welcome—everything was magnificent... And the Chapoutier Hermitage at the edge of town was simply perfect... 😁 See you very, very soon... And a huge thank you for this magical moment... Please don't change a thing. ♥️

We had the pleasure of discovering the eight-course menu, brilliantly constructed around the truffle… but not exclusively. Each dish was a masterful surprise: a remarkably delicate lobster ravioli, perfectly prepared lamb, and a progression of flavors of exquisite precision. To finish, two desserts, one of which was "the truffle." An absolutely incredible dessert, as daring as it was flawlessly executed. Le Clair de la Plume is a truly exceptional gastronomic restaurant, without a single flaw, where the flavors live up to the high standards and reputation of the establishment. It's a place you leave wanting to return, and above all, to recommend without hesitation.

Each dish told a delicious story, full of finesse and passion. The owner recommended an excellent bottle of wine, a perfect pairing that enhanced this fabulous culinary experience. As for the waitress… a true ray of sunshine and kindness, attentive with elegance and sincerity. A place where you don't just come for dinner, but to experience a warm, almost poetic moment. 01/05/2026: The service was exceptionally friendly. The food was excellent; it was hard to choose from the entire menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Don't hesitate to go, and thank you again to the team at L'Etable.
19/04/2026: Excellent cuisine (special mention for the fluffy pea flan, absolutely delicious, which accompanied the wonderful lamb chops), impeccable, discreet, and friendly service. In short, a fantastic discovery!
