07/11/2024: Avons été très bien accueillis malgré que nous n'avions pas réservés. Personnel attentionné malgré un restaurant plein. Service un peu long et manque de personnel assurément. Assiettes copieuses et très bonnes. Je recommande cette brasserie.

19/09/2024: Cuisine, not knowing the specialties of the region at all, I was delighted with the menu. Contrary to some opinions, I found the meal tasty and plentiful. Service, welcomed and placed by the owner's adorable daughters and served throughout the service by Sabrina who informed us of the history of the dishes served. I absolutely did not know the foués, the galipettes, the goulines, the mogettes in their name (for me, Parisian, the fayots) and the..... Atmosphere, then, extraordinary, I was accompanied by a worker who participated in part of the excavation of the troglo (44,000 m³) and by the boss who gave us a personalized visit. The work done to achieve this result is pharaonic. Bravo for the result, info on, I will come back.
