Excellent restaurant, friendly welcome. We happily return every year.

We came in 2023 and had a very good meal, though we missed the warm welcome from the waiter. We returned last week with friends. We had another excellent meal and a lovely young blonde waitress with long hair. She was a great host, but at the end of the meal, they offered us a small shot of wine, and she and one of her colleagues joined us. See you soon!

Excellent experience, good food and good service, plus a view of the beach, a quality package overall.

The tuna tataki is delicious! The cocktails and the atmosphere are also very nice! The dishes are beautifully presented. The ingredients are high quality and the service is friendly.

Pleasant place, excellent food. The only downside was that the main course was served 45 minutes after we ordered our aperitif, even after insisting. Too long.

Easter Sunday, table reserved 8 days in advance for 5 people... arrived at 1 pm as planned, table not reserved (oversight?)... seated in the back room, crammed in with a disabled person... slow service, over an hour... cold and bad food for 2 people: gnocchi with truffle sauce (?) and iced burrata... the same thing happened on our last visit last year with raw fish fillet (undercooked - bad)... we returned after an excellent lunch on September 17, 2025, for my husband's 90th birthday... what has happened since? We will not be back!! The team's argument on April 5th, Easter... the week you booked... we weren't there... appalling! They took our reservation verbally, telling us there was shredded lamb and mashed potatoes on the menu... it was a gentleman who asked our name several times, and I had specified beach side by the bay window... our companions were coming from Alsace... you can understand our initial disappointment and incomprehension 😡

I've been going to Bistro Frégate for over 10 years, often with my family. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, in a great atmosphere. The location is prime. The staff is always very professional, friendly, and energetic. The place is impeccably clean. The nearby parking is a real bonus.

A fabulous Sunday lunch! A very warm welcome, a great location by the sea, comfortable seating, and a cozy atmosphere. The meal was excellent, with magnificent salmon starters followed by a fabulous lamb tagine as a main course. What more can I say? We simply had a wonderful meal. Everything was perfect. The service team was young, friendly, and very pleasant. I recommend it 1000%! Kudos to the owner for his discreet presence and the quality of his staff.

Superb restaurant by the sea, impeccable service, welcome, and cuisine. The music was a little loud during a parallel after-work gathering, but this in no way detracted from the very enjoyable experience.
