We hadn't booked, but we were seated immediately. The dining room has a cozy, intimate atmosphere, which is very pleasant. The starter was impeccable: carpaccio for my husband and salmon tartare for me. For the main course, my partner had a steak (10/10 for the cooking, the quality of the meat, and the fries), and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I had melted Camembert, although the cheese arrived lukewarm; I like it piping hot. Dessert was a reimagined Dame Blanche with two scoops of strawberry. Pure bliss. If you're ever in Auch, I highly recommend it.

A lovely bistro with character. Warm welcome, impeccable service. The tuna tataki was superb. The profiteroles are a must. A good bistro with a small but carefully curated local menu.
