The menus are incredibly restrictive, and the prices skyrocket as soon as you want to stray from the simplest option. I chose a mid-range option, and it was nothing special. A bit disappointed, I'm not sure I'll try it again.

13/02/2026: Beautiful shop, however, only two people (one at the bar and another to manage customers) is unacceptable… This doesn't reflect the premium service Nespresso is supposed to offer. A 20-minute wait to buy a machine, a queue that keeps growing because the self-service isn't working… I've noticed a real difference from one shop to another.
09/02/2026: We were taken care of by a new team member named Jennifer... simply radiant and very attentive in choosing our coffee and impressively efficient.
