A small, very good and friendly restaurant right in the city center. The staff was attentive to requests and preferences (raclette wasn't on the menu, but since it was cheese, they happily made it for my son anyway). A simple place with generous and high-quality dishes. This was my second visit in a month (my first time was for dinner), and it was a delight once again.

A lovely, cozy place where you feel comfortable, with tables not too close to your neighbor. Impeccable, professional, and friendly service. The food is excellent... the poached egg in red wine sauce (a new discovery for us) was truly delicious. The dishes were beautifully presented and generous (my fish order was perfectly cooked). Well located in the city... we highly recommend it!

Dinner on a Friday evening. Pleasant and well-heated dining room. Friendly welcome. Attention to presentation. Complimentary amuse-bouche. Well-balanced wine selection. The meal offered excellent value for money. Thank you for this lovely family meal.

Cote Loire - Mercure Hotel

20/05/2026: A pleasant and relaxing stay. Peaceful and comfortable. Professional and attentive staff. Highly recommended hotel.
17/05/2026: A really nice hotel with a lovely view of the river and the town bridge. The outside could do with a bit of tlc as the property occupies quite a prominent position, but it's a small point. I can't comment on the bar or the food as we didn't use or have either.
