Beautiful room, attentive and friendly staff. It's too crowded with tables. There's a lack of space, and since there are too many large tables near the large bay window, few diners can actually enjoy it. The overall interior layout needs work. As a result, it's also a bit too noisy. In the evening, the outdoor area isn't properly arranged or lit to create a sufficiently warm atmosphere. So, despite the venue's strengths, the setting is a bit of a letdown, as it lacks character. It's a little too cold, which could easily be remedied with professional advice. As for the food, there are some original offerings, some very successful, some not, both in terms of taste and presentation. For the price, customers should have more assurance about what they're going to eat. The price is justified for the successful dishes, but not at all for the others. It seems like a sign of youthful inexperience; but I don't know how experienced the kitchen staff is. In Besançon or Dole, you can eat at a fine-dining restaurant for the same price, or even less. This restaurant is good, but it's not fine dining. Customers need to be guaranteed the high standard this restaurant is capable of, and that should apply to every dish. Until then, it's a bit risky. You should be aware of that. Personally, I'll wait a while before trying it again.
