Very cordial welcome and attentive service. On the other hand, we are used to the Régent bistro in Saint Vincent de Tyrosse, which I find better in terms of cuisine. Here the fries were not cooked enough, they were white and soft. We could have waited longer for well-done fries, the customer experience would have been better. The meat was rather stiff to cut, not rare as requested but rather pink. We did not ask to change the pieces of meat to avoid waste. There wasn't enough dressing in the salad. Strange thing, the salad for 4 was served in the same container as the salad for 2. I hope the quantities are different in the same container. In short, I'm not sure I'll come back to this restaurant when passing through the area. However the concept is good, €13.90 for a dish is correct.

Always a good address. We have done several regent bistros and it is a safe bet. We eat well, quickly and at an attractive price. I have the impression without certainty that the portions have been slightly reduced but nothing unusual given the situation. On the other hand, area of ​​improvement, put fewer fries on the first try. If people want more they ask for more but that would perhaps limit the waste.

En déplacement sur Anglet, j'ai choisi le Bistrot Régent pour diner car je savais y trouver des produits de qualité J'ai été accueillie par un homme charmant qui m'a proposé une table avec vue sur mer (photo de l'océan accroché au mur), j'ai apprécié l'humour Le magret était saignant comme je l'avais demandé et j'ai particulièrement aimé le gâteau basque accompagné de sa glace + chantilly Service impeccable, personnel souriant et discret Que demander de plus ?
