Bistro Régent Castres sur Castres

Disappointed… It's not our first time here, but this time it was just so-so… The fries were soggy, the salad was wilted, and don't even get me started on the profiteroles… completely frozen and tasteless.

A superb experience this evening. Pleasant service with very kind staff (all of them), it was a real pleasure. Well done to the whole team!

A warm welcome. The staff are friendly. They're customer-oriented. Just one small complaint: the duck was overcooked. The second order came back overcooked too. Otherwise, everything else was great.

A simple but relatively efficient restaurant, a limited choice of dishes but they do the job, all served with the same sauce, a bowl of salad and a bowl of fries.

My wife and I stopped by Bistro Régent in Castres yesterday. During this heatwave, the outside air was stifling. What a pleasure it was to arrive and feel the air conditioning, to receive a warm welcome, and finally be able to relax after a long day. The meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was quick. And after chatting with the staff at the end of our meal, we could really feel the passion and energy of this restaurant. Thank you again for this lovely experience. Nothing to complain about, always impeccable service, atmosphere and food

I had a lovely time yesterday on the terrace with my wife, thanks in particular to Amérique, the waiter who was incredibly attentive from the appetizer to the dessert. Thank you again for the warm welcome.
