The double hamburger was excellent and generous, as was the panna cotta. Very good value for money.

We celebrated my husband's birthday; there were 24 of us. The entire bistro team went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable occasion. We received a very warm welcome, and Mathieu was incredibly patient taking our orders, especially with the children… we were all served at the same time, which, given the number of us, was quite a feat. The meal was very good, exactly what you'd expect from Bistro Régent. At dessert, all the servers came out to sing "Happy Birthday." I highly recommend it for a lovely evening out at reasonable prices. Thank you to Andrea and her entire team for a wonderful time.

I'm usually disappointed by the Regents' franchise, but this time my wife and I received a very warm welcome. The meal was truly excellent, and the service was quick and efficient, just the way we like it! The complimentary bottle of champagne was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this establishment; they have a fantastic team there!

Declining meat quality
We've been coming to this restaurant for a few years now and have noticed a gradual decline in the quality of the beef, like ribeye steak.
Fatty - undercooked - no flavor.
Degraded quality to maintain the same price.
However, impeccable service and pleasant staff.
We won't be back!

Excellent lunch this afternoon at the Bistro Régent in Pessac Centre!
The products were consistent with the chain's usual quality, and we were especially delighted by a young server full of enthusiasm and infectious good humor 👏
A big thank you from table 408, who hope you'll remember the craziest table during lunch service 😄 Well done, and keep it up!

We came with friends this evening, it was my first time at a Bistro Régent. I was very pleasantly surprised, quality dishes I personally had the piece of beef (a rump steak) very good! With a very good sauce! Good fries! The service was brilliantly provided by "Lala" whom I thank in passing for her kindness and quality service!
