We had a wonderful family evening on Friday: a delicious meal, fresh and excellent ingredients, and finally, a delightful vegetarian option! Thank you for not forgetting those who don't eat meat! We'll be back!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Vinaigrette in Prades-le-Lez.
The room was very nice, comfortable, and pleasant, although the bathroom could use a little updating.
A big thank you for your trust: we greatly appreciated the warm welcome, kindness, and friendliness of all the staff.
The restaurant was also a wonderful discovery: quality cuisine in a very friendly atmosphere.
An address we enjoyed and are happy to recommend!

Overall, a very good dinner: truly delicious food and a pleasant setting that made you want to linger. However, there was one drawback at the end of the evening: around 11 pm, it was clear that we needed to leave, and we overheard staff members exchanging remarks like, "These are the last ones, we can leave now"—quite audible. It's a shame, as it casts a shadow on an otherwise very successful experience. A little more discretion at the end of service would make a big difference.

Little gem in Prades-Le-Lez, cosy garden in the shade, great staff, local wine choice and flavourful dishs, we really enjoyed our dinner here ! Recommend for all occasions.
