We ate there on the evening of 16/6/24.
A truly wonderful experience, the food was delicious, well presented and brilliantly cooked. The lovely lady who served us was so understanding as we struggled with our French. It was a fantastic chance to experience a rural French eatery.
There was a review left that suggests they weren't welcoming to the English. Our experience totally contradicts this, plus the bar had other English people in who seemed to have a great relationship with the French staff. 10/10 we will definitely return on our next holiday.
Cozy village restaurant with a sublime chef. Reservations are a must. Take your time when you visit: welcome with a pleasant chat in la place apéro. Everyone knows everyone there. Friendly and casual atmosphere. My fish dish was a true delicacy.
Lovely bar and restaurant. Daytime the lunch menu is perfect with starter of soup in Winter and buffet in Spring and Summer with bread, main and dessert for €14 from Monday to Friday I think. Not available weekend or Bank Hols. Food is delicious and typically French, fresh, tasty and wholesome. Service is attentive and friendly. Have been 3 times in the last 6 months and look forward to going again!
