Bistro Zakka sur Lyon

Their sweet bao buns are excellent, the bubble teas too, the room is very welcoming and comfortable, a good place in Lyon for an afternoon snack!

I really enjoyed it; the dishes were excellent, and the desserts were original—you don't find the same ones everywhere. I especially loved the zucchini fritters. I highly recommend it!

Excellent, fast and inexpensive

The best bao spot in Lyon, hands down. Generous portions, delicious food, and excellent value for money. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. One of my favorite places since 2022 👌

A really lovely place! As a wonton enthusiast, Bistro Zakka was high on my list of places to try. The atmosphere is calming, the menu simple with plenty of affordable and vegetarian options. There's a complete and high-quality menu at very reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, especially the kumquat cheesecake. It's a shame about the wontons, though: I ordered the vegetarian ones, which were good but lacked flavor. They could definitely be improved to go beyond just adding vegetables. The broth, however, was incredible. Thank you for this comforting lunch! I also come regularly for the pastries and bubble teas, which are definitely worth a visit and are truly delicious ;)
